About The Wash Barn Carwash

The Wash Barn Carwash is an express tunnel - offering Touch and Touch Free washes.

Located at 1629 Western Center Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76131, The Wash Barn Carwash operates as a car wash serving Fort Worth in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (330) 720-3548. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, washbarncarwash.com.

Customers rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google across 62 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded car washes in Fort Worth.

Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Fort Worth is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY… I visited on Friday 6/26. I brought my wife’s and my vehicle in for a cleaning and planned to discuss membership options. I drove away an hour later on a spare with a burst tire in the back of my truck due to an undeniable design issue on the track. An incident report was filled out, I have several pictures of everything and there is video footage as well. I was told the owner/operator would reach out to me to make things right. It has been a week and have not even received a phone call or email. I have called twice and left a voicemail, I took time out of my day yesterday and drove up there to talk with someone. An employee there got on the phone to connect with someone and I was told I would receive a call that day. Never happened. This is a fairly new business. It won’t be an established business if this is how you do business. All for a $160 tire! I’ll exhaust other options I guess. SMH…

I took my car to The Wash Barn a few days ago and I was genuinely impressed! The staff were super friendly and welcoming right from the start — they really made the whole experience enjoyable. They had everything you could want for a thorough interior clean: powerful vacuums, plenty of microfiber towels, quality interior cleaner, and Windex for the glass. It made it so easy to get my car looking spotless inside and out. The attention to detail and the helpful attitude of the team stood out a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back next time my car needs a wash. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a friendly, well-equipped car wash!

The most amazing service I’ve experienced at a car wash! They were very attentive and even when I pulled up to a stall after my wash and the vacuum wasn’t working correctly, I didn’t even need to call them over as they saw me about to move to another and immediately fixed it right then and there for me! Happily bought the membership and can’t wait to visit again!

Was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was blazing hot outside but the two gentlemen working their post did so with a smile and enthusiasm. Will be returning, thank you for such an awesome customer experience, an awesome smelling car freshener and a goodie bag for my little!

Great customer service by all the staff. They were very friendly and not pushy on membership. They gave out goodies bags for the kiddos! They have a great weekend (Saturday and Sunday) special for $10 for top wash. Great wash, vacuum is strong, clean towels and spray.
